The Aston Martin Vanquish S uses the regular model’s 5.9-litre V12 rather than the new 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12, first seen in the all-new DB11 launched earlier this year. Power in the Vanquish S has been increased to 600hp, up from 573hp, thanks to freer-flowing intake and exhaust manifolds. The Vanquish S sees exposed carbonfibre trim on the front air splitter and rear diffuser. Aston says first deliveries of the Vanquish S start next month with Thai prices of some 28 million baht, around 3 million more than the regular Vanquish. The closest rival to the Vanquish S is the Ferrari F12, which comes with 740hp 6.3-litre V12 and 3.1sec 0-100kph acceleration time.
